DAILY RV SITES

All of our sites are level and equipped with full hookups, including 30/50 amp service, complimentary cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that prices may vary based on the reservation date, site type, and whether it's a weekend or holiday. Our Premium Pull-Through Sites (marked in orange on our map) are conveniently located near amenities and range from 90 to 100 feet in length, making them ideal for larger rigs with a tow.

Deluxe Sites (marked in yellow on our map) are situated a bit further away from the Office and the busier areas. They vary in length, ranging from 70 to 90 feet.

Premium Back-in Sites (red on our map) are close to the amenities with an additional parking area on your site. Electric is included with a daily or weekly site.

We extend a warm welcome to our Good Sam’s members, and Active or Former Military by offering 10% off our daily RV rates.  Our weekly and Rally Group guests can also receive a discount. We do not offer monthly rates on our daily or short-term RV sites.

SHORT-TERM SITES

If a guest is waiting for availability at one of our long-term sites or wants to book a stay for a month or two at our resort, they can opt for a short-term extended stay. These stays are available on our daily RV sites and come with a weekly discount. All sites include electricity as well.

Guests who have a short-term site and wish to transition to an extended stay site will be given priority for available openings in this area. Please contact our staff directly to inquire about the availability of our short-term sites, as these cannot be accessed through our website.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due to secure a reservation of 7+ days. This is applied to the balance upon check-in.

Guests staying for eight or more days at our resort must provide identification for all adults present on site. Additionally, they are required to present current vehicle registration and proof of insurance, including for RVs, before check-in.

EXTENDED STAY SITES

Extended stay sites are in high demand at our resort. A guest who is looking to stay over three months in our resort can qualify for one of our long-term sites. These sites are green on our map. Some sites are back-in while others are pull-through. These sites have a monthly rate.

Extended stay guests pay electric costs of $.16/kWh on top of a renewal rate. Extended-stay RV sites require a $100 electric deposit upon arrival which will be applied to the final meter upon departure.

During the months of November to March, we have winter extended stay sites that are available at a monthly rate.

OCCUPANCY

RV sites accommodate up to two adults and two children. Additional fees apply for extra guests. The maximum allowed per RV site is six people.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To secure a reservation, a deposit is required. Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival for RV sites and 14 days prior for cottages will receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. For both Extended Stay and Short-term stays, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required.
