We hope you can enjoy a stay in one of our cozy cottages. Here is what you can expect with your stay:

All cottages are supplied with:

• Kitchen items such as dinnerware, silverware, and cookware
• Each Kitchenette has a 2-burner stove top, coffee pot, microwave and toaster.
• All units come with a refrigerator - dorm size or apartment size, depending on the unit type

DAILY/NIGHTLY STAYS:

• $100 damage/cleaning deposit is required for a 7 or more day stay.
• Linens and towels will be provided for you.
• Bring your own swim towel if needed.
• Daily housekeeping services are not provided.
• One set of linens and towels per guest will be provided for the entire stay.
• Guests may be charged for additional towels or linens.
• Some of our daily cottages are pet-friendly. Pet-friendly cottage stays must be made directly with our Office Staff.
• A $250 fine will be charged to guests if there are any signs of a pet(s) that have not been registered with the Office.
• Premium Studios and Premium Two Bedroom cottages are available for daily/nightly stays.

EXTENDED STAYS:

• $500 damage/cleaning deposit required upon check-in.
• $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.
• Linens and towels are not provided in extended stay cottage rentals.
• Identification of all adult guests must be provided.
• There are NO PETS allowed in extended stay cottages.
• Deluxe and Standard cottages are used for extended stay occupancy.

TYPES OF UNITS

• Premium Studios come with a queen size bed and two twin bunks in one open room.
• Premium Two-bedroom Cottages come with a queen size bed in one room and a bunk in the other room (twin on top and full size on the bottom).
• Deluxe and Standard cottages are for extended stays only and must be reserved directly with our Office Staff.

ALL COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING. A $250 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE A COTTAGE.
