Rates Sheet

We hope you can enjoy a stay in one of our cozy cottages. Here is what you can expect with your stay:

All daily cottages are supplied with:

Kitchen items such as dinnerware, silverware, and cookware
Each Kitchenette has a 2-burner stove top, coffee pot, microwave and toaster.
All units come with a refrigerator - dorm size or apartment size, depending on the unit type

DAILY/NIGHTLY STAYS:

A $100/week security deposit is required for all reservations > 7 days. This is refundable upon departure as long as the unit is kept in good condition.
Linens and towels will be provided for you for all reservations < 30 days
Bring your own swim towel if needed.
Daily housekeeping services are not provided.
One set of linens and towels per guest will be provided for the entire stay.
Guests may be charged for additional towels or linens.
Cottages are not pet friendly.
A $250 fine will be charged to guests if there are any signs of a pet(s) or smoking.
Premium Studios and Premium Two Bedroom cottages are available for daily/nightly stays.

EXTENDED STAYS:

$250 deposit required at time of booking.
Linens are not provided in extended stay cottage rentals; > 30-day reservations.
Identification of all adult guests must be provided.
Current vehicle registration and proof of insurance must be provided for all vehicles.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in cottages.
All extended stay reservations must be made directly with our Office Staff.

TYPES OF UNITS

Premium Studios come with a queen size bed and two twin bunks in one open room.
Premium Two-bedroom Cottages come with a queen size bed in one room and a bunk in the other room (twin on top and full size on the bottom).
Deluxe and Standard cottages are for extended stays only and must be reserved directly with our Office Staff.

ALL COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING. A $250 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE A COTTAGE.
