DAILY RV SITES

All of our sites are level sites with full hook-up, 30/50 amp service, complimentary Cable TV, and complimentary WiFi. Prices may vary due to reservation date, site type, weekends and holiday rates. Premium Pull-through Sites (orange on our map) are close to the amenities, clear 90-100 feet in length, and are perfect for larger rigs with tow.

Deluxe Sites (yellow on our map) are a little back from the Office and busyness. They range from 70-90 feet in length.

Premium Back-in Sites (red on our map) are close to the amenities with an additional parking area on your site. Electric is included with a daily or weekly site.

We extend a warm welcome to our Good Sam’s members, and Active or Former Military by giving 10% off our daily RV rates.  Our weekly and ralley group guests can also receive a discount. We do not offer monthly rates on our daily or short-term RV sites.

SHORT-TERM SITES

When a guest is waiting for an opening in one of our long-term sites, or is looking to book a month or two at our resort, they may make a short-term extended stay at our resort. These sites are any of our daily RV sites and are available at a weekly discount. They include electric as well.

Any guests that have a short-term site and are looking to transition back to an extended stay site, are offered openings in this area first. Please reach out to our staff directly to see availability of our short-term sites as these are not accessible through our website

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due to secure a reservation of 7+ days. This is applied to the balance upon check-in.

Guests staying at 8+ days at our resort are required to have identification for all adults on site. They are also required to show current vehicle registration and proof of insurance , including a RV, prior to check-in.

EXTENDED STAY SITES

Extended stay sites are in high demand at our resort. A guest who is looking to stay over three months in our resort can qualify for one of our long-term sites. These sites are green on our map. Some sites are back-in while others are pull-through. These sites have a monthly rate.

Extended stay guests pay electric costs of $.14/kWh on top of a renewal rate. Extended stay RV sites require a $100 electric deposit upon arrival and will be applied to the final meter upon departure.

During the months of November to March, we have winter extended stay sites that are available at a monthly rate.

OCCUPANCY

RV sites include up to two adults and two children. Additional fees will be assessed for additional guests. Maximum of 6 people per RV site.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit is required to secure a reservation. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival for RV sites and 14 days prior for Cottages will be issued a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. In any less time, all monies would be forfeited. Extended Stay or Short-term stays require a $250 non-refundable deposit.
