Cottage Amenities (All Cottage Rentals):
Kitchen Essentials: Each cottage is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, and cookware.
Kitchenette: You’ll find a 2-burner stovetop, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster in your kitchenette.
Refrigerator: All units include a refrigerator – size varies from dorm-style to apartment-style depending on the cottage type.
Stay Options:
Daily/Nightly Stays (Less than 30 day cottage rentals):
Security Deposit: For reservations longer than 7 days, a $100/week security deposit is required, returned upon departure pending a good condition check.
Linens & Towels: We provide one set of linens and towels per guest for the duration of your stay. Please bring your own swim towels.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Additional Linens: Extra towels or linens may be available for an additional charge.
Pet: Pets are permitted upon approval from management. Pet damage fee applicable.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any cottage. Fees applicable if there are signs of smoking.
Extended Stays (30+ day cottage rentals):
Deposit: A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Linens & Towels: Linens are not provided for extended stays.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided for extended stays.
Guest & Vehicle Information: We require identification for all adult guests and current vehicle registration & proof of insurance for all vehicles.
Pet: Pets are permitted upon approval from management. Monthly pet fees apply
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any cottage. Fees applicable if there are signs of smoking.
Reservation Process: All extended stay reservations must be made directly with our Office Staff.
Important Reminders:
Non-Smoking: ALL cottages are non-smoking. A $250 fine will be enforced for smoking inside.
Fort Bragg Proximity: We are conveniently located near Fort Bragg and are a popular choice for those working or living in the area.
Electric: All long term cottage leases are required to pay electric
