All cottages are supplied with linens, towels, dinnerware, silverware, cookware, 2 burner stove top, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and toaster. Daily housekeeping services are not provided. $100 damage/cleaning deposit is required for a 6 or more day stay. $500 damage/cleaning deposit required upon check-in for monthly rentals. $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking for monthly rentals. Linens are not provided in monthly cottage rentals. OUR COTTAGES ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY. ALL COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING. A $250 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING INSIDE A COTTAGE AND/OR IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF A PET.
