**Rally Group Information**
If you have a group of more than 10 RVs wishing to visit our resort together, consider booking a Rally Group with us!
**Discounts:**
- Each site in a Rally Group receives a special discount of 10% off.
- Rally Group leaders can reserve our Event Center for $40 per hour, with the first 3 hours provided free of charge.
**Details:**
- Rally Groups cannot be scheduled during our special themed or holiday weekends. Please refer to the calendar below for those specific dates.
- Group numbers must be confirmed at least 90 days before your arrival.
- All reservations must also be finalized 90 days prior to arrival; any remaining sites will be released to the public.
- To qualify as a Rally Group, a minimum of 10 sites must be reserved, confirmed, and checked in.
- All reservations are subject to our regular cancellation policy (see more details below).
- A two-night minimum stay is required for Rally Groups.
- If your Rally Group includes a Friday or Saturday, both nights must be reserved.
- All Rally Group requests must be submitted to management for approval.
- Rally Groups are not permitted during the months of June, July, or August.
- Rally Group wagon masters may request specific resort activities during their stay, such as food trucks or BINGO. Requests must be submitted to management at least 90 days before arrival.
- Event Center bookings must be made at least 90 days in advance and are subject to availability, based on other resort functions.
- Wagon masters are responsible for any damage to the Event Center caused by their group.
- Rally Groups must bring their own supplies when using the Event Center.
- Please note that the Event Center kitchen is a warming kitchen only. An outdoor grill may be available upon request.
- There is limited kitchen refrigeration and freezer storage, so please plan to use the RVs for any necessary storage.
**Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellations must be made 7 days (for RV sites) or 14 days (for cottages) prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus a $25 handling fee. Cancellations made within these time frames will forfeit all payments.
- Any changes to reservation dates must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.
- On the day of arrival, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
- Once the card is charged, no refunds will be issued.
- Please notify our office staff at least 24 hours before arrival regarding any changes to your departure.
- By making a reservation with us, you agree to all our policies, including the cancellation policy.
