  • Kids must be supervised

Saturday May 27

9:15-10:30am Waffle Breakfast

  • Complimentary waffles, juice, and coffee
  • Event Center

11:00a Super Soaker Wagon Ride Battle

  • Kids ride the wagon armed with super soakers and large buckets of water.
  • Adults hide on sites armed with super soakers, hoses, and buckets of water.
  • Let’s see who will win this battle.
  • Goggles suggested for Kids on the wagon. Meet at the Basketball hoop.

1:00p Charity BINGO

  • $3 cash to play one card for four rounds.
  • 50% will be donated to charity/ 50% will be given to the winners.

6:00p-9:00p Memorial Day BBQ Cookout Party

  • $8 meal tickets (Pre-register by May 22. Tickets after are based on availability and are $12 each.)
  • 6:00-7:00p Meal (BBQ smoked meats, mac n’ cheese, baked beans, watermelon, tea, lemonade, cookies, etc.)
  • 6:00-9:00p Live Music
  • We are looking for barbecue masters to prepare brisket, pulled pork, ribs, or a miscellaneous side in our Memorial Day BBQ Battle.
    • Registration: $10-20 cash (Resort will match the registration fees and 100% will go to the winners).
    • BBQ Battle participants get 2 Free tickets to the BBQ Cookout.
    • BBQ Battle participants must provide enough food to feed 20-30 people.
    • Call the office to register and get all of the details. Registration starts Monday, April 17.
    • Registration for the BBQ Battle by Monday, May 15.

9:15a Bicycle Decorating

  • Some supplies will be provided.

10:00a Bicycle Parade

  • Meet at the Basketball Hoop.

12:00-3:00p Pool Party with DJ Nicki

  • Splash BINGO & Pool games with outdoor music

6:00-7:30p Cornhole Tourney

  • Teams of two will compete in this Tournament.
  • Participants must be 13 years or older to participate.
  • 50% will be donated to charity / 50% will be given to the winners
  • $10 per team to play
  • Double Elimination

6:00-7:30p Kids Connect Four Tourney

  • Kids must be under 14 years to participate.
  • Double Elimination

Monday May 29 – Office Open 10:30am-2:00p

10:00a Memorial Day Flag Service

  • We will have a flag raising at our Flagpole.
  • All traffic will be stopped for this time of remembrance.
  • Guests can get a flag in remembrance of a fallen solider and put it under our flag pole.

  • $10-20 per entry (100% will go to cash prizes)
  • Registration must be made through our Office


  • Judges will rate each meat entry on flavor, tenderness, and overall appearance.
  • They will rate the sides on flavor, creativity, and overall appearance.


  • Submit your entry in a regular serving container to the EVENT CENTER by 5:30p SATURDAY. MAY 27.
  • Please make enough food to feed 20-30 people and 4 judges.
